Lech Travel Guide
City Alpine village and upscale ski resort in Vorarlberg
On the Arlberg, Lech fills ski racks and gondolas in winter and becomes a base for high-alpine walking in summer; visitors come for disciplined slopes, mountain huts and chalet dining.
Why Visit Lech? #
Set in the Arlberg region, Lech attracts travelers for premier alpine skiing, refined mountain hospitality and a strong gastronomy scene. Lifts that link to nearby Zürs open vast terrain, and après-ski life plus restaurants serving cheese fondue and kaiserschmarrn satisfy both adventurers and gourmets. In summer the same lifts access high‑alpine trails and wildflower meadows, while the village’s polished wooden architecture gives a quietly elegant feel.
